Recurrent Services:

• Each server or PC will be visited monthly by a CaDan technician via VPN remote to evaluate operating condition of equipment and software. Software upgrades will be performed at this time as necessary.
• Each server or PC will be visited onsite quarterly by a CaDan technician to assess equipment condition. Cleaning and hardware upgrades will be performed at this time as necessary.
