Toner Express Program

The CaDan Toner Express option is a program that includes toner cartridge warehousing, delivery and installation. CaDan Toner Express also includes printer cleaning and testing. It is a program designed to extend the lifecycle of your printers by having the printers regularly inspected by IT professionals that can detect required maintenance and eliminate costly down time.

CaDan Toner Express will monitor and track printer history and provide Lifecycle Management feedback.

Delivery of replacement toner is based on cartridge reaching a 10% capacity threshold, triggering a notification to be sent to our system to place the order for the toner. Toner arrives within 5 business days of notification, well before the current toner runs out.
