To Access CaDan Remote Desktop Support

1. Call CaDan at 651-456-5760, to request a session with a CaDan Remote Desktop Support Technician.
2. Click here to access CaDan Remote Desktop Support.
3. If given the option to "Run" the program, click run. If you choose to "Save", you will need to execute the program from your desktop.
   
   
   
   
4. When the program asks you if you would like to continue running the application, please click "Run".
   
   
   
   
5. Choose your technician by double-clicking them from the list on the right of the application.
   
   
   
6. Wait for the technician to connect to your computer. Once the technician connects to your computer, sit back and let them work on your computer. When they are done, the application will close automatically.
