• Five (5) Year Major Component Limited Warranty on the following parts; Processor and Fan, Internal Hard Drive, Motherboard, and Memory.
• One (1) Year Minor Component Limited Warranty on the following Parts; Case, Power Supply, CDROM/DVD/CDRW/DVDRW, Floppy Drive, Modem, Network Card, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Sound Card, and any other Miscellaneous minor components not covered by the five year warranty.

• The included warranty is provided on equipment we build, integrate, and sell under the CaDan name. Warranty on this equipment does not cover monitors, as they provide a separate, individual warranty.
• This warranty is non-transferable, and terminates if equipment is resold, or remanufactured in anyway excluding Authorized Distributors and Resellers for CaDan Corporation.
• As repair time is variable and dependent on parts availability; we are not responsible for delays in the repair of equipment that is beyond our control. CaDan Corporation is not responsible for any lost revenue, time or inconvenience due to such delays that are beyond our control.
• The duration of this warranty is from original date of sale, and does not in any way "extend" any warranty that may already be included with the original equipment sold.
• This warranty does not cover any "acts of God" or unavoidable natural disasters including but not limited to floods, storms, lightening, etc.
• This warranty does not cover theft, vandalism, or any other damaging act perpetrated by the intent of a third party.
• Due to the complexity of the warranted equipment, any service or repair done by the original owner, or any third party cannot be covered.
• CaDan Corporation cannot be held liable for any data loss incurred from the failure of parts or equipment.
• Any damage resulting from third party software and/or hardware not installed by CaDan will not be covered under the above stated warranty.
• CaDan Corporation is NOT responsible for any intentional or accidental abuse, misuse, or neglect incurred on the original warranted equipment, and shall as determined by us, void the warranty. Furthermore, any failures or repairs resulting from the negligence to perform preventative maintenance will not be covered.
• Any and all shipping cost incurred for return of the defective product to CaDan is the sole responsibility of the owner.

CADAN ONE YEAR ON-SITE WARRANTY

• Within 24 hours of your call, excluding weekends and holidays, a field service technician will contact you directly to make an appointment to repair or replace the defective equipment.
• On-site service shall be performed from the period of 8:00 AM to 5:00PM, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays observed by CaDan Corporation.

• The included warranty is provided on equipment we build, integrate, and sell under the CaDan name. Peripherals such as printers or monitors are not included.
• On-Site Labor Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of equipment purchase.
• The duration of this warranty is one year from the date of purchase of the On-Site Labor Warranty.
• This Warranty is limited to the original equipment and software sold by CaDan Corporation as spelled out in the On-Site Labor Service Contract. Any service or repair accomplished by the original owner, or any third party (excluding Authorized Distributors and Resellers for CaDan Corporation) cannot be covered.
• This warranty is non-transferable, and terminates if equipment is resold, or remanufactured in anyway excluding Authorized Distributors and Resellers for CaDan Corporation
